This page explains how to delete your account for
Ballo, the football stats and highlights app published by
BALLO NETWORK LTD (developer / data controller).
Use either method below. Both start deletion of your Ballo
account and associated personal data.
Option A — In the Ballo app (fastest)
Open the Ballo app and sign in with the account you want deleted.
Go to Settings.
Tap Edit Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option B — By email
Email

from the same email address registered to your Ballo account.
Use subject line: Ballo account deletion request.
Include: your Ballo username (if you know it) and a clear statement that you want
your account and associated personal data deleted.
We may reply to verify identity. After verification we process the request.
What happens after you request deletion
In-app deletion is processed immediately when you confirm (subject to the data rules below).
Email requests are normally completed within 30 days after we verify
your identity.
You will no longer be able to sign in to that Ballo account.
Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or permanently de-identify:
Login credentials and authentication account (email / OAuth link)
Personal profile fields (display name, username, photo, position, country, social links)
Feed interaction history (watches, likes, follows, shares logged for ranking)
Favourites, invites, and join requests tied to your account
Content reports / blocks you created (and related personal safety rows where applicable)
Ability to access or restore the account
Profile photos and other personal media owned solely by you are removed or unlinked from
your identity as part of deletion. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a
limited period (see retention below) until those backups rotate.
Data that may be kept
Some information is retained because it is needed for other players’ competitions, league
integrity, safety, or law:
Shared match history (lineups, goals, cards, ratings, standings contributions)
may remain so leagues and teammates keep accurate historical records. Your identity on those
records is anonymized (shown as “Deleted player”).
Match highlight videos you uploaded may remain in a league/team context if
other users still rely on that history; personal profile branding is removed.
Teams / leagues you created are transferred to another admin when possible,
or kept without your personal ownership if they still contain matches or members.
Safety / legal records (e.g. moderation outcomes, abuse investigations)
may be retained as required for enforcement and compliance.
Server logs may be retained per our hosting provider’s defaults for
security and operations.
